FINDING POSITIVE HABITS

Feeling good should be easy and fun. Finding positive habits, eating healthy and exercising are essential for mental and physical health.

In our daily activities, we work with meaningful exercise in a social context. Sometimes it is a challenge to get the exercise, but to move everyday is not difficult.

It is more about awareness, for example, taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Here, among other things, our dog day care center contributes to long lovely walks every day. All for a healthy lifestyle.

A meaningful leisure time

Activities act as a framework, a pattern and a rhythm throughout the day. These help to facilitate a healthy biological clock and good habits. This means that participants can spread activities throughout the day according to their own preferences and conditions.

During leisure time, we aim to offer social, intellectual, spiritual, artistic activities, where the movement activity together becomes an important part of well-being. Read more
