WE LEARN FROM OUR PARTICIPANTS

18/04/2022

We work on the basis of being a learning organization that develops together with our participants. For those of us who work with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities, it is so important that our knowledge and learning comes from the heart. Our knowledge is rooted in our empathic ability to understand and empathize with where our participants are mentally and emotionally in the moment, in order to work out sustainable structures.

We work in a curious, interested and personal way to ensure that we truly understand the needs of our participants. We actively ask questions based on the Socrates Dialogue (focusing on collaborative communication) e.g. "How can I help you today?" and not "Do you want support?". By working compassionately and with open questions, we let our participants let us in. This gives us the confidence to provide the care that creates meaning and quality of life. Every day is a learning experience and our knowledge grows with each participant's development and progress.

We see ourselves as enablers!

Warm greetings
