Rawfood bar 10 pieces

Ingredients:

Nut butters

  • 0.5 crumb of flaky salt
  • 0,5 krm vanilla powder
  • 2 - 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 dl salted peanuts
  • 1 dl salted cashew nuts

Filling

  • 1.5 dl roasted and salted peanuts
  • 0.5 crumb of flaky salt
  • 0.5 crumb vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
  • 16 dates, pitted

Chocolate biscuits

  • 200 g dark chocolate 70%, preferably with nuts in it to make it extra delicious.

Do this:

1. First blend the cashew and peanuts with the vanilla powder and flaky salt in a food processor, then add the agave syrup and blend until smooth.

2. Make 10 balls of the nut mixture and place on a greaseproof paper lined tray. Press the ball in the center to form a small dimple for the filling.

Filling

1. Mix the dates, coconut oil, vanilla powder and flaky salt into a batter. Then add the peanuts and mix quickly so that they are chopped to the right consistency, leaving some coarse pieces.

2. Spread the date mixture on the nut butters and place in the fridge until it has set a little.

Chocolate quilt

1. Melt the chocolate and pour it evenly onto the pieces. Leave to set in the fridge. Store in the fridge or freezer.
