JATC Community Health Care

Orkan AB was founded in 1989 in collaboration with Novalisgymnasiet in Järna. A school for students with special support needs. Liselotte then worked as a project manager to facilitate the students' transition into working life. Since 1996, the company has been owned by Liselotte Almén Malmqvist and is run as a family business in limited company form. The head office is located in Östertälje, Södertälje municipality.

Today, the company is called JATC Community Health Care based on Liselotte's intention to strengthen a healthy psychosocial environment with an inspiring lifestyle.

Liselotte works strategically to meet the market demand for quality care. For her, it is important to create job satisfaction and participation at all levels of the company. The starting point is to offer participants a secure, stable organizational structure that involves constantly improving and developing the business. Her motto is to innovate, refine and refine and manage, so that the organization can adapt the mission based on the participant's need for support and service.

Liselotte is driven by innovative, creative and transparent leadership, where courage, responsibility and joy are guiding principles for creating a permissive work culture. The creative leadership challenges and develops the employees and teamwork in the group in order to provide the best possible care for our participants.

To achieve improved outcomes and deliver appropriate solutions, training is provided at multiple levels to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved. All units receive expertise in key areas, such as safety, structure, security, interpersonal skills and process management. The results of our joint efforts will always be reflected in our annual quality assurance.

Today, the company runs a training unit, six LSS service homes, three LSS group homes and three daily activities.

Liselotte's main educations:

Wellness consultant, licensed Occupational Therapist, Process Coach, Basic CBT, NLP Master, FUGL, IBIC process manager training and training in business administration.
