A group home of six apartments

Hammarhagen's group home consists of six apartments and is located about 10 minutes walk from the center. The apartments consist of two rooms and a kitchen with a common room for socializing. There is individualized staff support around the clock where joy of life and your needs for participation, well-being and community are put first. For us, it is important to affirm your interests so that your context becomes tangible, manageable and meaningful.

Nynäshamn's daily activities are a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.

Nynäshamn

Nynäshamn is located about 6 miles south of Stockholm and is a beautiful archipelago municipality. There are beautiful natural areas around the business. Close to the city center with a wide range of services and cultural activities and many possible leisure activities. By car to Stockholm it takes 40 minutes and by commuter train it takes about 55 minutes. From the commuter train to the accommodation it is about 10 minutes walk.

Nynäshamn belongs to Stockholm County.

I Hammarhagens gruppbostad erbjuder vi dig en egen funktionell lägenhet med två rum och kök. I gruppbostaden är det sex lägenheter sammantaget med individuellt boendestöd dygnet runt.
