WITH A FOCUS ON HEALTH, NUTRITION AND EXERCISE

We now have an exciting and intense fall ahead of us. During the year, we have created a solid foundation for our continued development. Among other things, we have undergone ISO certification, we have developed our management system and fine-tuned our quality assurance for both participants and employees.
Based on our reorganization, 80% of our staff are now trained, the remaining 20% are specialized in various forms of activities and health promotion. We have also managed to keep Covid at bay, all of our participants have remained healthy and symptom-free throughout the pandemic.
In the fall, we will start a new project focusing on health, diet and exercise. The aim is to increase participants' quality of life and well-being. We are training our own health coaches who will focus on the participants' life situation from a holistic perspective - with measurable results.
Within the framework of our project, we will conduct a study circle together with our participants with a focus on health and lifestyle. The project aims to improve health awareness and behavior in six main areas:
- Stress management
- Social network
- Activity / employment / hobbies
- Habits / patterns / circadian rhythm
- Psychological / recovery
- Physical / diet and exercise
